Appointments:

• Call/text 940-758-3973 to schedule an appointment, or fill out the contact form below.

• You will receive a link to fill out forms online or when you come to the office. 

• Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. There is a $75 session charge for no show appointments!

 

Sessions:

• The sessions are the duration of 60 minutes.  The initial session may be up to 1 1/2 hours. 

 

Counseling fees:​​

• Court fees are included on our intake packet you will receive when you schedule your initial session.

•  Fees for out of network/self pay are $150.00 per session for individuals including the intake session and will be charged to your card at the time of the visit. A receipt for sessions will be emailed to you upon request.

• Marie is in network with: Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Quest Behavioral Health. 

 

Payments:

• Payment is entered by debit/credit card at the beginning of each session for self/pay clients. 

• If in network insurance used, you will be billed any co-pay non-covered deductible fees. 

• Payment methods accepted are credit card or cash. 

• Other forms of payment are not accepted.

Clients may access their intake paperwork, billing invoices, and the teletherapy through the Therapy Notes Client Portal using the following website: https://www.therapyportal.com or from Headway using their account sign in at: Find Therapists Covered by Your Insurance | Headway.
